Youth Baseball / Softball / TBall Fall 2025

PHPR Youth Baseball and Softball is a recreational and developmental league for everyone. Participants are guaranteed playing time in the field and at bat.  

Who: boys and girls 1st through 10th Grade, divided by 5 divisions separated by grade:  K, 1/2 grade, 3/4 grade 5/6 grade and 7/9 grade. 

When: Registration Opens 06/20/2025- 07/21/2025 Late Registration closes 07/25/2025 Absolutely no registration will be taken after July 21st

Practices: Weeknight starting 08/04/2025 (Tentatively) 

Games : Games will be played on Weeknights starting on 09/01/2025 (Tentatively)  All divisions play in the South Metro League. 

Equipment Included: Individual Team Jersey, Outdoor Field space, Several Practice balls per team, game balls on gameday, 1 set of catchers gear per team, 2 Batters helmet per team.  

Required / Not Provided:  Pants, Cleats (Non-Metal), Fielding Glove, Bat and Balls

Optional Equipment:  Individual Helmet, Batting Gloves, Catching Gear and Glove

Youth Cheerleading Fall 2025 - Fall 2025

Practices: Practices will be held weeknights beginning 08/18 (TBD) 

Games : Players will cheer at Flag Football games on Saturdays beginning 09/13 (TBD)

The City of Pleasant Hill Parks and Recreation Department is proud to present our youth cheerleading program. Children in from kindergarten to 6th grade have the opportunity to learn and develop their athletic, social, and networking skills in a fun and safe environment. Our program is designed to promote community development and provide a memorable experience for all participants.

Youth Flag Football Fall 25 - Fall 2025

 PHPR Youth Flag Football is a 5v5 non-contact coed football league.  This is a recreational and developmental league for everyone to learn the fundamentals of football in a non-contact environment. Teams will consist of newer players and more experienced participants all competing together!

Who: This a co-ed league with 5 divisions separated by grade. The divisions are Kindergarten, 1/2nd grade, 3/4th grade, 5/6th grade, and 7/8th grade.  

When: Practices will start August 19th and games will begin September 13th (Tentatively)

Practices/Games : Practice will be held weeknights, starting on 08/18 (Tentatively).  Each team will also have two hours of practice per week.  Games will be played on Saturdays starting on 09/13.  Each team will play a 6 game schedule with a tournament at the end. All divisions play in the South Metro League. 

Equipment Included: Team Jersey, outdoor practice field, Flags, and footballs.

Optional Equipment:  Shorts/sweats, Mouthpiece, gloves, individual football, cleats (Non-metal)

PHPR Youth Volleyball is a recreational and developmental league for everyone. Teams will consist of newer players and more experienced participants all competing together!

Who: boys and girls 3rd through 9th Grade, divided by 3 divisions separated by grade:  3/4 grade, 5/6 grade and 7/9th grade.

The 2025 Pool year is from May 25, 2025 through September 2, 2025.

Swim Lesson PM 4 - Summer 2025

Evening Session 4: July 21-30  from 6-7 PM

• Swim lessons will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for 2 weeks.
• PM 4 dates are July 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, & 30th
•  Make-up lessons will be held on the 3rd week if needed.
•  Swimmers in the Starfish lesson level will be required to have a parent in the water for all lessons.
